Delivery Times and Charges

Junior Kits aims to hold stock of all styles and sizes of the products on the web site. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock and if we are unable to fulfill an order we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you a full refund.

All goods that we show as in stock on the site will be delivered within 4 working days and frequently will be quicker.

We have tried to make the delivery charges as simple to understand as possible, but if you have any questions about the delivery charges, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our aim is that all orders received before 12 noon will be despatched by Royal Mail the same day (or the following Monday if placed over the weekend) except during very busy periods.

All UK orders over £200 will be despatched free of charge.

UK Delivery

Please allow 4 working days.

Standard Delivery:
Cost £5.95 for all Hippy Chick products and £9.99 for all other products 
Free Delivery for order more than £200.00

Overseas Delivery

Please allow 7-14 working days

Western Europe: £7.50 (Under £50), £9.50 (Over £50)
Rest of the World: £9.00 (Under £50), £13 (Over £50)

Wheelybugs/Motorbikes

For overseas orders containing the above please add £20.00 per Wheelybug/motorbike.

Returns Policy

FOR HIPPY CHICK PRODUCT
You can return your order for any reason at any time within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange providing goods are in a re-saleable condition. If your goods are damaged or faulty we will refund the full cost of returning the product to us. Please pack the items back in the parcel; attach the invoice and send it back to:

When returning items we strongly recommend you obtain a free proof of posting from the Post Office, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
